Refund policy

    Overview

    We have a 7-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted after review, we will initiate the return or exchange process.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchange

    For exchanges only new size is applicable if in stock. If desired new size is not available then you need to place return request.

    How to Return or Exchange:

    To start a return, you please contact us at hi@citywolf.in.In the mail, fill details - Full Name, Order Number, Email, Mobile, Return Or Exchange, Return or Exchange Reason, New Size (only for exchange) and Photos of the product attached. Use subject as Return/Exchange: Order Number. Also make sure to enter same information that you used while placing the order.

    Login to your existing account or create new account. Go to Account Dashboard and click Return or Exchange an Order. Fill the form with relevant details and submit.  Also make sure to enter same information that you used while placing the order.  

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
